Iowa Meetings Association is a membership-based association that includes a variety of Iowa hospitality industry partners. These partners include meeting suppliers, tourism entities, Cities, Counties, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies, caterers, audio/visual companies and more - essentially any Iowa company/organization interested in meetings/convention business.

IMA offers its members continuing education in the meeting/convention industry, trade show participation opportunities, leads from advertising & tradeshows, and networking opportunities.

The cost to join IMA is $250 annually for the primary member. Additional associates from your company may join as an "Associate Member" for $100 annually. Only primary members may vote and serve on the board. Associate members will receive all other benefits.
